A ‘catch up’ ceremony for adult women to revisit and re-pattern their first period.
3 x live online workshops from 12th to 26th November.
WHY DO THIS?
Our First Period sets the tone of our relationship with our menstrual cycle.
Many women experienced a lack of support that is truly needed at this time, and so revisiting our first period allows us to process what did and didn’t happen, to give our maiden self what we actually needed AND to remember and embody her emerging gifts, qualities and true essence.
This brings us into a different relationship with not only ourselves, but also our menstrual cycle and womb centre.
Doing this with a group of women is also very healing, as during our 3rd workshop, there will be a Ceremony in which you are welcomed by the whole group as a woman, with a cycle, a womb, and a deep wisdom coming from within.
The first 2 workshops you’ll be preparing for the ceremony. There’ll be storytelling, creative exercises, guided visualisations to connect with your maiden, crown making!! (YES, you’ll be making yourself a crown!) and more…..
Women who do this often experience a different relationship with their womb, their cycle recalibrates, there’s less period pain – and more joy in being a woman.
THE DETAILS
Workshop 1 – February 18th – Preparation for the Ceremony inc storytelling, sculpting / creative exercises.
Workshop 2 – February 25 th – Healing The Maiden Self, crown making and preparation for the Ceremony.
Workshop 3 – March 3rd – First Blood Ceremony

All workshops are online, no replays available. You must attend them all live.
Workshops run at 6am CST, 7am EST, 12noon London, 1pm Berlin, 7pm Bangkok, 11pm Sydney for 1 to 1.5 hours each.
Maximum of 10 women in the group. There will be a pop up private Facebook group to connect with each other and get any questions answered.
*Please note that if you are taking The Womb Medicine Woman Training®, there will be a full First Blood Ceremony as part of module 1.
