Our cyclical nature naturally moves us around the fullest expression of ourselves every month – increasing our emotional range, guiding our creativity, and deepening our personal growth.
AND – operating in tune with our cycle goes a long way to understanding & alleviating uncomfortable symptoms such as PMT, PMS, period pain, burnout, irritability, creative blocks, procrastination & lack of energy!
This talk & practice session is packed with practical tips on how to track your menstrual cycle and utilise it as a compass for daily life.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to connect with the womb – and there’ll be time to get your cycle questions answered.
You’ll leave with some grounded tools and inspiration to enjoy your whole cycle!

This is a fundraising event and 100% of your donations go to Thai Freedom House, a comprehensive resource centre in Chiang Mai, Thailand – with a social enterprise that addresses the varied needs of the population of refugees from Burma and minority peoples of Thailand.
Suggested donation is 300 baht.
