Full Moon Ceremony + Guided Meditation and Printable

Full Moon Expression of Creativity

As Grandmother Moon lights up Mother Earth, we too can drink in her silver elixir.

The Moon centre in our body is our 3rd eye chakra (energy centre), situated between and just above the eyebrows.

Moon gazing is an ancient past time of wild women; with many ceremonies from many traditions, performed on the Full Moon. This point in the cycle supports our creativity and fruition of intention.

So on this enlightened night, you are encouraged to partake in any area of creativity that you feel drawn to.

Set up your space, listen to The Full Moon Guided Meditation here >>> and then get creative.

And if you wish to, submit your creation – be that art, poetry, stories, songs, sculptures…to be published in The Womb Diaries!

Full Moon Expression of Gratitude

Another lovely practice to include in your Full Moon Ceremony is to give gratitude for all that you have.

Try writing down a list of things you are grateful for. Then stare at the list. Feel the vibration of your words with your hands…heart, body and Soul.

And sit with this for as long as you wish. Let the feeling spread into all parts of your body, mind, energy system.

A Note About The Full Moon and The Menstrual Cycle

The Full Moon relates to the ovulation stage in our menstrual cycle.

This is the point at which it’s likely we’ll feel at our fullest engagement and communication with our outer world, and our creative ~ sexual energy may peak.

If our cycle is attuned with that of the moon, we’ll either ovulate at the full moon, or bleed.

Each producing a different state of being. There’s no right or wrong, simply an ongoing and awesome experiment as we observe the natural ebb, flow and flood of our sumptuous femininity!

Wishing you a lustrous and fabulous evening. Melanie. x
